Participants will collaborate with peers, explore their creativity, and use art as a tool to share their voices and perspectives. This experience is designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork, and create a lasting visual representation of unity within the Spartanburg community.

No prior art experience is needed. All materials are provided.

Passport to Bloom: Global Girl Summer is an immersive experience where girls explore the world through art, film, and STEAM without ever leaving Spartanburg. Each day, participants “travel” to a new region through hands-on cultural activities, creative projects, and real-world learning.

This experience is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help girls see themselves as creators, leaders, and global thinkers.

Moving Through Music is a high-energy summer experience where youth explore song, dance, and creative expression while learning what it takes to grow as an artist. Participants will build skills in performance, collaboration, and confidence, while also gaining exposure to the business side of the music industry.

This experience is designed to help young people see their creativity as more than a hobby. It is a pathway to opportunity.

Through guided activities and structured recreation, participants will strengthen creativity, teamwork, and self-expression in a supportive environment.

Students will take home their completed artwork, with all supplies provided. Free daily meals for ALL students and free transportation for District 7 middle school students help remove barriers to participation, making this a high-impact, accessible summer experience. Space is limited to 20 students per session.

Join community agencies and partners from across Spartanburg for a family-friendly event focused on mental health education, awareness, and connection to local resources. This event is designed to bring the community together in a welcoming space where individuals and families can learn, engage, and access support.

Attendees can explore a variety of local organizations, receive free mental health screenings, and enjoy interactive opportunities that promote overall well-being. The event will also feature food trucks and free gift bags while supplies last.
